A few months ago, during a webinar on nearshoring held together with our partner Estreem, one of the key takeaways was the importance of staying close to the teams behind the projects, even when working remotely, across different countries.
After more than 18 years of collaboration, this partnership continues to be built not only on delivery and shared business objectives, but also on strong human connections with the colleagues working every day here in Romania on the projects.
Last week’s visit from the Estreem team to our Bucharest office was a valuable opportunity to reconnect in person, share project news and perspectives, and spend quality time together both inside and outside the office in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
