Platforms are getting better at generating variations, adapting creative and automating campaign decisions.

That gives marketing teams more speed.

It also makes the input more important.

A weak brief can now produce 50 weak ads instead of five.

A strong customer insight, a clear offer and a recognisable brand voice still shape the quality of everything that comes after.

As production gets easier, judgment becomes more valuable.

What would you rather improve first: your creative volume or the thinking behind it?

πŸ›ž One of the world's most respected restaurant guides started with a tyre company.

In 1900, Michelin understood that more people on the road meant more demand for tyres. Instead of creating an advertisement, the company created something travellers genuinely needed: a free guide with maps, mechanics, petrol stations, hotels and restaurants.

The guide made travelling easier.

More travel meant more tyre wear, and more tyre wear meant more tyre sales. πŸš—

More than a century later, the same principle still applies.

The content people value most is the content that helps them solve a problem, make a decision or understand something better. Sales become much easier when you've already created value.

What's one way your content helps people before they become customers?

πŸ‘€ For a long time, social media and SEO were treated as two separate channels.

That distinction is starting to disappear.

πŸ”Ž Google Search Console now lets you measure how content from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X performs in Google Search.

That means a post no longer has value only while it's circulating in the feed.

It can continue bringing impressions, clicks and traffic weeks or even months after it's published.

This also changes the way content should be planned. πŸ’‘

Instead of asking "What should we post this week?", start with a different question:

"What is our audience already searching for?"

Tools like Google Search can give you those answers.

πŸ’ If your next Instagram post ranked in Google, what question would you want it to answer?

πŸ’Έ Bigger budgets often get more attention than better decisions.

P&G's decision to cut more than $100 million from its digital advertising budget surprised the industry because it challenged a common assumption: more spending doesn't automatically lead to better results.

The company focused on improving media quality, eliminating waste and investing more efficiently. According to P&G, the reduction had no meaningful impact on business growth.

It's a good reminder that budget matters, but the way it's invested matters just as much.

If you had to improve your marketing performance without increasing your budget, where would you start?

The Jam Experiment has become one of the best-known studies in consumer psychology for a reason.

At first glance, the results seem counterintuitive. A larger display attracted more attention, while the smaller display generated more purchases.

The study has been discussed for more than two decades because it highlights something marketers still face every day.

People appreciate choice, but every additional option also asks for a little more time, attention and mental effort.

That idea extends far beyond supermarket shelves.

It influences how people navigate websites, compare pricing plans, evaluate proposals and move through a buying journey.

The experiment focused on jam.

The lesson applies to almost every customer experience.

Where do you see choice overload most often: websites, pricing pages or product portfolios?

We often assume that giving customers more options improves their experience, but research suggests the opposite.

Every additional package, CTA, navigation item, or feature asks people to make one more decision, and every decision requires mental effort.

When that effort becomes too high, people don't always choose another option.

Sometimes, they choose nothing at all.

That's why the best-performing websites, landing pages, and offers are the ones that make the next step feel obvious, because clarity reduces friction.

Reducing friction often increases conversions.

Where do you think your business creates the most unnecessary complexity today: your website, your offer, or your messaging?

Some of the world's most memorable campaigns started with a simple understanding of human behavior.

"Share a Coke" is a great example.

Coca-Cola replaced its logo with people's first names and turned a familiar product into something people wanted to look for, photograph, gift and talk about.

Friends searched for each other's names. Families bought bottles for one another. Social media quickly filled with photos, and the campaign spread from one person to the next.

The same idea works in B2B.

The most valuable content has a way of travelling beyond the person who reads it first. It gets forwarded to a colleague, shared in a team meeting or used to support a presentation.

That's where content starts creating real business value.

When was the last time you shared a piece of content with a colleague? What made it worth sending?

🍎 When Steve Jobs returned to Apple in 1997, the company had dozens of products on the market.

Within months, most of them were gone.

Apple dramatically simplified its product lineup and concentrated its resources on a much smaller number of products.

That decision changed the company's direction. πŸš€

It also says something interesting about marketing.

When growth slows down, the instinct is often to add another channel, another campaign or another audience.

βš–οΈ But every new initiative competes for the same time, budget and attention.

Focus it's about making sure the work that matters gets the attention it deserves.

If you looked at your current marketing strategy today, what would you stop doing?

Inbox behavior changed a lot. πŸ“©

Every email competes with dozens of others for a few seconds of attention. The brands that stand out make every element count: a subject line worth opening, a message that's easy to scan on mobile, and a clear reason to keep reading.

The strongest campaigns don't try to say everything at once. They focus on one idea, sound natural, and arrive when they're most relevant. 🎯

Small improvements in structure, timing and copy often lead to stronger engagement than another promotional offer.

Which of these email mistakes do you see most often?

Micro creators influence buying decisions faster because they've already built trust within a specific community.

Their content is part of conversations people actively follow, making branded collaborations feel relevant rather than disruptive. Recommendations come from a familiar voice, which lowers hesitation and speeds up purchase decisions.

In 2026, creator marketing is less about audience size and more about audience quality. Brands that choose creators based on community fit, credibility and shared interests often see stronger engagement, higher-quality interactions and better conversion potential.

The best partnerships happen when three things align:
β€’ the right creator
β€’ the right audience
β€’ the right context

Which creator consistently makes branded content feel natural in your feed?
