We had the first event of the year, and we decided to shake things up a bit.
This time, instead of heading to a restaurant, we turned our own office into the venue and organized everything ourselves. And the teams' feedback shows it was a hit! 🚀
The evening kicked off with a wine tasting guided by Ștefan, who walked us through five different wines and their stories. And yes, we did try to remember all the tasting notes, which came in very handy (or not 😄) when we moved on to our next challenge.
We added a twist: blindfolded wine guessing competitions. Some of our colleagues bravely tried to identify the wines just by taste. 🍷
The stakes? Winners got to take home a bottle of their choice, while the “less accurate” tasters had to step up for karaoke, which quickly became one of the highlights of the night. 🎤🎵
As the evening went on, things became even more fun - card games, lots of laughter and plenty of moments that brought the teams closer.
It was one of those nights that reminded us that the best moments don’t need much: just the right people, a bit of creativity, and a willingness to have fun together. 🥳🥂

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Benjamin V. E. Nielsen and EIVA a/s team, for their “Customer Service and Delivery Days” workshop, which took place at our offices for the second consecutive year.
It was a great opportunity for EIVA’s local support and application engineers to connect with international colleagues, share insights, learn from each other, and build even stronger teamwork across borders.
The team from Denmark also got to experience Bucharest once again, enjoying the energy of the city, its hospitality, and time spent with the local team.
Continuing our tradition from last year, we were pleased to facilitate this event, and we wrapped it up in style with a wine tasting to celebrate great teamwork and fresh ideas. 🥂

Genos had the pleasure of hosting our partner EIVA a/s's biannual Customer Service and Delivery Days workshop.
This event provided an excellent opportunity for the local support and application engineers to engage closely with members of the international EIVA team, fostering cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, learning, and socializing.
The main topics centered on how the team can better address market needs regarding software and hardware support, training, testing, and management of customized products.
Benjamin V. E. Nielsen, Vice President of EIVA Customer Service, remarked:

We have officially opened the doors to a new office space, and we took this opportunity to celebrate with our team, partners and esteemed guests coming together for this significant milestone in our journey.
The evening started with His Excellency Uffe Balslev, the Danish Ambassador of Romania, who kindly joined in our celebration.
Over the course of the evening, the guests indulged with the flavors of a great selection of wines, since we had a local wine expert to guide us through this experience.
The reception provided an excellent platform for networking, building connections, and fostering a relaxed atmosphere for team bonding.
The heart of Genos lies in its people, and the office opening event was a celebration of the incredible team that made it all possible.
