Q: If you could describe your journey here in one word, what would it be?
I would describe my journey so far in one word: Fulfillment. Because over these 12 years, I’ve had the chance to work with wonderful people, on interesting projects, in a positive atmosphere.

Work, Laugh, Repeat

Q: What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received from a client or colleague?
A colleague once told me that I am a masterful organizational expert, someone who can keep everything running smoothly and ensure projects are executed efficiently. Hearing that truly made me feel valued and appreciated for my skills.

Q: What made you stay all these years?
What has kept me here for over 12 years is the incredible team and supportive work environment. The company has provided continuous opportunities for learning, growth, and taking on interesting challenges. I feel that my contributions are valued, and I can keep evolving professionally here.

Q: What’s your ‘survival tip’ for thriving 10+ years in the same company?
I’d say the key is building strong relationships and collaborating well with your colleagues and clients. When you enjoy working with the people around you, it makes even the busiest years enjoyable.

Q: What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in our company or product during your time here?
The biggest change I’ve noticed over the years is how much our applications have improved in terms of usability and customer value. They’ve become much more helpful, intuitive, and user-friendly, which really enhances the experience for our clients..

Meet Roxana Tolosi, who’s been part of our journey for over two decades — growing alongside the company, discovering every corner of it, and helping shape what we are today.
With her birthday coming up next week, it feels like just the right moment to share a bit of her story and the wonderful person behind it.

Q: What’s your ‘survival tip’ for thriving 10+ years in the same company?
I've been in astory for 20 years (so far ☺️) because I had the rare opportunity to truly understand how an IT company works — from every angle and through the eyes of every department. For me, seeing the full picture and understanding the ‘why’ behind decisions has always been essential to making good choices myself. Just as important were the wonderful people I’ve been lucky to work with and the constant stream of challenging, interesting projects that kept me learning every single day.

Q: If you could describe your journey here in one word, what would it be?
The word would be "Panoramic". I’ve been fortunate to experience and understand the company from every angle —every department, every layer, every kind of challenge — which gave me the full picture I always crave. And I am truly grateful for the opportunity.

Q: If your time with us were a movie, what would the title be?
"The Long Take". This is actually a film term for an uninterrupted shot.☺️ I found it suitable because my entire adult life so far has been one long, unbroken take inside this company — from curious 22-year-old to the person I am today, learning, maturing, and seeing every corner of the story along the way.
