Mission 10 Years – Celebrating Our 10th Anniversary
Ten years ago, we started with 4–5 people and a simple belief: how we work matters.
Today, we are 200+ engineers and consultants across 4 locations and 2 continents.
We grew through teamwork, quality, and trusted relationships because we focused first on building the right culture from the inside out. What brought IT TEAMS this far was not only growth or opportunity, but consistently living our core values:

Celebrating this milestone with colleagues, partners, suppliers, and clients at our garden party was a joy, and a reminder that the true Power of Teams comes from: meaningful connection, aligning different ambitions around a shared purpose, and creating space for people to contribute at their best. In a remote-first tech world, connection still matters.
As we look to the next chapter, our founder and CEO, George Tudor, said it best:
“When we started, I didn’t imagine we would reach this level. But after the first milestone, the mindset shifted from ‘if’ to ‘when’. What I truly believe is that nothing is ever finished. We keep adapting, learning, and growing.”

Last Friday, everyone at IT Teams came together to celebrate the Christmas season🎄

It was a great evening filled with good food, drinks, music, dancing, and plenty of laughs. Most importantly, it was a chance to step away from our screens, connect with colleagues, and enjoy some well-deserved time together.

Thanks to everyone who joined and helped make the night such a memorable one. Looking forward to many more great moments together at IT Teams!

Yesterday we helped spread a little Christmas magic!🎄

With the help, generosity, and big hearts of our colleagues, we prepared and sent gifts to the children supported by Asociația Îngeri pentru Suflete.
From carefully selecting presents based on the children’s letters, to adding clothes, sweets, and toys, and finally packing everything with care and joy, our team truly came together to make this happen.
This year, we proudly sent 10 big packages filled with love and holiday spirit.
Thank you to everyone who contributed! Your kindness makes a real difference.

To kick off the month of March, we decided to do something a little different and fun so we gathered as a team for a creative and fun activity: terrarium-making! It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together, relax, and tap into our creative sides while building our own little green worlds. The best part? We all got to bring home our terrariums and add some fresh spring vibes to our spaces!
