1st Place – Prosus Found-HER Challenge
Out of 273 startups, Pluria won.

Gabriela, Co-Founder of Pluria, took the stage at the Prosus Found-HER Challenge, organized by Prosus and Endeavor, to represent what this company has been building for years.

A platform that gives distributed teams real, flexible infrastructure across Latin America and Europe. No long-term leases. No rigid contracts. Just the ability to work well, wherever the team is.

This recognition reflects more than a product. It reflects a direction that’s proving right, market by market.

Thank you to Prosus and Endeavor. And to everyone who’s been part of this journey.

The jobs AI replaces first aren't the ones you're worried about.

They're the ones built on clear processes, high volume, and repeatable tasks.

What's left after that is harder. Ambiguity. Judgment. Relationships that take time to build and can't be automated.

Those are also the hardest roles to sustain when a team never has the same room. They don't run on Slack threads or async updates. They run on trust. And trust is built in person.

The companies figuring this out aren't just investing in AI tools. They're investing in the conditions that make their most human work possible.

Is your team set up for that?

One in five employees is engaged at work. That's it. One in five.

Gallup estimates that costs the global economy $438 billion in lost productivity every year.

Only 33% of workers worldwide say they are truly thriving. Not in their job. In their lives.

The cause isn't compensation. It's disconnection. And disconnection accelerates when people lose the informal moments that make work feel real. A shared space. A team, not just a Slack channel.

The ones getting it right are building the conditions for people to actually be present, together, when it matters.

What's your plan for the team that's already disconnecting?

In 2025, real office utilization rates hit their highest point since before the pandemic.
53%.

That's the recovery number. And even at its best, nearly half of every corporate office sat empty. In 2023 and 2024, the average was 38% and 35%.

Companies are still paying for spaces designed for 100% occupancy. Their teams come in 2 or 3 days a week. The rest of the time, that space consumes budget without anyone using it.

The question most companies aren't asking: how much are we paying for space nobody shows up to?

"Flexibility" is one of those words that sounds like everyone agrees on what it means.
They don't.

A 25-person remote team and a 200-person hybrid company both say they want flexibility. But what they're actually asking for is completely different. One needs access without commitment. The other needs structure that adapts.

When a policy is built around a word nobody has defined, it fails both.

Swipe to see why the same word is creating two completely different problems.

You can't build an office for every team in every city. And forcing everyone into one city is how you lose them.

So we built something better: a workspace network across 150 cities in 20 countries. One contract instead of fifty. Real visibility into how distributed teams actually work.

Today we're announcing $2M in new investment led by Sparking Capital, alongside Crescendo Ventures and Empty Ventures. Total raised: $6M.

If you’re about to sign a coworking contract for your LATAM team, read this first.

Most companies entering a new market ask the right question too late. Not “should we hire here?” They’ve already answered that. The question they miss is: what happens if we grow faster than expected?

The instinct is to sign something. It feels like commitment. It feels like building.
But a 12-month minimum on a private office means locking in before you know your headcount, your team’s cities, or whether the market is working.

There’s a better sequence. Swipe to see it.

When a US company decides to hire in LATAM, it usually arrives with two assumptions.

That the talent is strong. And that the expectations are low.

The first one is right. The second one costs them retention.

Talent in Mexico City, Bogotá, or Buenos Aires isn’t looking for less. They’re looking for growth, stability, and a place where they can actually do their best work. Not home. A professional environment that signals the company they joined is serious.

Companies that arrive without understanding that find out the hard way, when they’ve already lost the people who were hardest to hire.

The workspace is part of the offer. Most US companies figure that out too late.

If you have a task that’s been sitting on your list for days, this is for you.

The anxiety before starting is almost always worse than the task itself. Your brain treats the unknown as a threat. So it stalls.

The fix: commit to 2 minutes. Not to finishing. Just to starting.

Most of the time you won’t stop at 2 minutes.
What’s the task you’ve been avoiding this week?
