At Softia, we believe in Boundless Development. We're not just a software company but your strategic partner for limitless growth and innovation.

As part of 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we sat down with three of our teammates who are among the longest-standing at Softia and asked them two things: what's the most important lesson they've learned along the way, and what do they think AI will never replace.

Meet 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘂, 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻, and 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘂, three of our most seasoned voices in QA and engineering.

Their lessons are different: understanding the business behind the project, the need to balance quality and performance under pressure, and the knowledge that the best results come from open collaboration. This year, we committed to supporting UPB Drive , the Formula Student team of the University Politehnica of Bucharest, and the results achieved at the FS Balkans competition fill us with pride.

🥉 3rd place, Engineering Design
🥉 3rd place, Autocross (a first for the team in this event!)

A season that began with many questions ended with a well-deserved podium, thanks to hard work, perseverance, and the passion of a young team that never stops pushing.
