𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (preferably in mid-to-large projects)
• Proven experience with custom development, including:
• Creating and maintaining Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Record Types, Relationships, and Dynamic Forms
• Designing and implementing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Jobs
• Building Lightning Web Components (LWC) with clean, modular JavaScript and HTML
• Working with Flows and Platform Events for automation and integration
• Writing efficient SOQL/SOSL queries, and understanding governor limits
• Experience in data modeling – ability to design relational data structures optimized for both flexibility and performance
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce (AI + Automation layer of Salesforce) is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, FLS, and sharing rules
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
• Familiar with Salesforce best practices and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
• Experience with source control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX
• Exposure to .NET, C #, or KingswaySoft SSIS toolkit is a plus
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Customize and extend Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs or middleware
• Participate in data migration and transformation activities
• Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and documentation
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to security standards
• Support testing and deployment cycles (UAT, production releases)
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal development standards
• Optionally, coach and support junior team members
