The 5th edition of Tech in Motion, our annual tech conference, is officially in the books!

This year, we welcomed our partners, colleagues, and technology enthusiasts for a day dedicated to exploring Engineering in the Age of Uncertainty, a theme that sparked insightful conversations, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections.

A special highlight was our keynote speaker, Peter Hinssen, who challenged us to rethink uncertainty. His thought-provoking session explored how organisations can embrace constant change, turn disruption into opportunity, and build resilience in an increasingly unpredictable world.

Together, more than 800 attendees joined 12 sessions and talks, explored 5 interactive demo corners, and contributed to countless conversations, ideas, and insights that brought this year's edition to life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Tech in Motion such a memorable experience. See you next year!

Over the past two months, we spoke with plant managers, operations leads, and production planners across several Manufacturing sectors.

Different products. Different factory setups. Different ERP environments.

The same challenge kept coming up: production planning.

Operators call in sick. Materials arrive late. Customers change priorities. Machines stop unexpectedly.

Each disruption can force planners to rebuild the schedule manually across systems that never fully connect.

That is the gap our Production Planning Dashboard addresses: one shared schedule across machines, people, and orders, built on top of existing systems.

When the plan changes, the system proposes adjustments while the planner stays in control of the final decision.

Retail Media is entering a new phase - from channel expansion to platform maturity.

For technology leaders, this shifts the focus from launching more placements to building the data foundation that makes Retail Media scalable, measurable and trusted.

At Accesa, we support retailers with the data engineering, platform development and integration capabilities needed to turn fragmented Retail data into business-ready infrastructure.

Because the next wave of Retail Media will be engineered through connected, governed and measurable data.

Explore the images to see what this means in practice.

We’re happy to announce that our partnership with Nexplore is entering a new phase, one with a shared focus on supporting Swiss organisations as they navigate digital transformation with greater clarity, technological scale, and proximity.

Together, we combine Nexplore’s deep understanding of the Swiss market, strong client governance, and local customer proximity with Accesa’s scalable engineering capacity and expertise across cloud, AI, data, and platform delivery.

Thank you to Adina Ghetiu, Client Partner Lead at Accesa, and Urs Löhnert, Market Development Lead at Nexplore, for driving this partnership into a new phase. We’re looking forward to what comes next.

Who holds your production plan when the day changes?

Two operators call in sick. A supplier delivery is delayed. A rush order comes in overnight. The ERP still shows the orders, the machine schedule still shows capacity, and operator availability is tracked somewhere else.

But the real production plan often depends on the person who knows how all of this connects. This creates risks when the plan changes by the hour.

We spoke with plant managers across DACH to understand why the production plan still lives in Excel, and here's what they told us: https://www.accesa.eu/resources/why-the-production-plan-still-lives-in-excel?utm_campaign=mmi_editorial_may_post_1&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=facebook_post&utm_content=1781089736

May was Mental Health Awareness Month at Accesa, and across our company, we created space for our colleagues to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what supports their wellbeing.

Throughout the month, our teams joined a series of interactive workshops, webinars, and wellbeing activities focused on resilience, acceptance, handling failure, and building healthier habits over time. With onsite, online, and hybrid formats, the programme was designed to meet people where they are and make participation accessible across our locations.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to a people-first culture, where care, connection, and support are reflected in how we show up for one another every day.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and helped make Mental Health Awareness Month meaningful.

This year at DevTalks Romania, we had the pleasure of meeting more than 600 participants at the Accesa booth.

Together, we enjoyed conversations about technology, career opportunities, and life in the Accesa community, while visitors also joined us for a round of chess and a playful, action-filled booth activation that brought plenty of energy to the event.

We were also proud to be represented on stage by Mircea Talu, Principal Engineer at Accesa, with his talk “Compliance Without Compromise.” His session explored how to build secure, standardised, and scalable software delivery platforms through CI/CD, security guardrails, and codified governance.

Thank you, DevTalks, for a great event, and thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to continuing the conversations at future editions.

Most Manufacturing teams already know what to fix once a problem appears.

The issue is that signals often come too late, decisions are made under pressure, and planned work turns into urgent work. When this repeats, it also affects shift priorities and output.

Predictive maintenance helps when early warnings lead to a clear next action.

That means signals are connected to service records, warnings are checked against real maintenance events, and teams know what should happen when an alert appears.

At Accesa, we help teams connect machine signals, downtime context, and maintenance data into a shared operational view, so maintenance planning becomes more stable and less dependent on last-minute decisions.

Explore when predictive maintenance works, and when it will not help your plant in the full article: https://www.accesa.eu/resources/when-predictive-maintenance-works-and-when-it-wont-help-your-plant?utm_campaign=mmi_editorial_march_post_2&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=facebook_post&utm_content=1780403408

What if ERP modernisation could be more predictable for mid-sized Stadtwerke?

Traditional SAP implementation models are often too heavy, too slow, and too expensive for their realities.
VersorgERPro, our utilities solution built on SAP® Cloud ERP Public, was designed as a right-sized alternative.

It combines a pre-configured SAP® Cloud ERP Public setup with utilities-specific capabilities, modular delivery, and built-in compliance and security. It helps mid-sized Stadtwerke reduce implementation effort, keep scope predictable, lower operational complexity, and modernise on a realistic 6–9 month timeline.
