We're in search of autonomous people, looking to work in a nonconformist environment. Someone who knows his/her stuff, who is ready to jump from project to project and embraces new challenges & technologies.
We're still a small team. This means everyone's work is truly valued in the project, you're not just another bug fixer. You'll get to make decisions about technologies, patterns and user flows. It also gives us the power of being flexible, of adapting to your needs (maybe atypical schedule or smth else).
We have multiple projects going on, multiple technologies, working with external teams, creating a challenging environment for you to grow. Even so, we know there's a limit, for our own good and mental health. Working overtime is something we avoid, but if it happens, it is fairly compensated.
Can’t promise it'll be perfect tho. Tough times will come. What we know FOR SURE is that we’ll do our best to improve ourselves and make this experience as amazing as possible.
We like to be practical, so don't forget to add links to any of your work so far. Anything related to / is a plus.
