What a great way to celebrate autumn with the most loved colors and flavors of this cozy season! 🍂

Our colleagues came together in Softech's offices in Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș, and Odorheiu Secuiesc, brightening up the cloudy day with a pop of yellow and orange, baking pumpkin, and sharing laughs 🎃

We’re already looking forward to the next thematic event! 🧡

CEATEC 2026 Opens on October 13 at Makuhari Messe

The theme for this year’s 27th edition is “Transformation – Where Companies, Industries, and Society Evolve.”

SOFTECH from Romania, Cluj-Napoca, is part of the EU Pavilion and will welcome visitors in Hall 4, booth 4H502, from October 13 (Tuesday) to October 16 (Friday), between 10:00 and 17:00.

We are happy to be part of this prestigious event. At CEATEC 2026, we would like to achieve a better understanding of Japanese companies, to see where the market is heading to and where we, as a software company from Cluj, Transylvania region, Romania can genuinely contribute.

Hoping that we can start something meaningful together, we are looking forward to connect with potential partners interested in industrial-grade software development.

Our top executive team present at the fair - Levente Szélyes, CEO and Walter Brem, COO, is open to connect via the official app and to share more about our values, culture and industry expertise.

💡The major paradigm shift triggered by the AI adoption trend is that software development becomes more contextualized in the customers’ environment. 🌍That is why, the real treasure isn't just the technology. It's understanding people!❤️

To help our teams discover the right solutions, we had the joy of organizing a series of soft skills trainings focused on communication, active listening, collaboration, empathy, and general business understanding. 🥷

⏩Because, now - more than ever - success depends on helping people understand, adopt, and benefit from novel technologies.
