Energy is becoming the hottest recruitment area. Solar, wind and storage will need over 50,000 employees by 2030. “It’s not just about investments, it’s about careers”
Romania is currently in the top 10 markets in the EU in terms of solar workforce, and the coming years will consolidate this status, at least that’s what the current data shows . But beyond solar, wind energy is in the pipeline, and the storage area is only now starting to produce volumes, with significant growth potential for the next four years. In the absence of major changes, such as changes in legislation, by 2030, solar, wind and storage will need over 50,000 people, directly and indirectly .
