💰 4,500–6,500 RON net/month

If you have a solid IT foundation, enjoy solving technical problems, and want to build hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
• Support users with Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint
• Manage M365 accounts, passwords, licenses & permissions
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN & basic networking issues
• Install and configure PCs, laptops & IT equipment
• Document solutions and escalate complex issues when needed

What we’re looking for
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Helpdesk / IT Support experience is a plus
• Curiosity, patience and willingness to learn

What we offer
• 4,500–6,500 RON net/month, based on experience
