Izgatottan várjuk a folytatást!
JCK 2026 in Review
This was our most successful trade show to date.
Every year, JCK gives us a clear view of where the jewelry industry is heading, and this year the message was stronger than ever.
Here are a few key takeaways:
1. There is strong demand for better custom jewelry operation tracking.
Our message to jewelers was simple: if you are doing custom jewelry, you should not need two or more disconnected systems to manage your sales, production, inventory, and customer communication.
Custom work is complex enough. The software behind it should make the process clearer, not harder.
2. AI is opening exciting new opportunities for the jewelry industry.
We presented some of the AI-based tools we are building into PIRO, and the reaction was extremely encouraging.
People who stopped by our booth immediately understood the potential: better customer service, smarter automation, and new ways to support day-to-day jewelry operations.
AI will not replace the expertise of jewelers. But it can absolutely help teams work faster, reduce mistakes, and make better use of their data.
3. Personal connection still matters.
In a world where so much business happens online, it is easy to forget the value of shaking hands, sitting down together, and speaking in person.
Some conversations started before JCK, but meeting face to face made all the difference. In several cases, the conversation turned into: “Let’s get started when we get back home.”
That is the real value of a show like JCK.
A big thank you to everyone who visited the PIRO booth, shared feedback, asked tough questions, and gave us new ideas.
The hard work continues - and we are more excited than ever about what comes next.
