♠ Build The Company You'd Work for - Summer Practice ♠

This summer, our interns weren’t “just coding.” 👩‍💻👨‍💻
We wanted to really know them - their personalities, teamwork skills, and how they communicate.

After a fun group selection, we split them into 3 teams: Backend, Frontend & Mobile. But here’s the twist ➡️ everyone also had to wear extra hats (PM, Tech Lead, QA).

The result? They all worked together on one big project, just like in a real startup. 🚀

6 weeks, one product, and a whole lot of learning about tech, teamwork, and responsibility. 💡

♠ Job Fair at Sapientia ♠

After the holidays and some well-deserved time off, the start of the year at AceTech was all about focus: projects, deadlines, and building momentum.

That’s why our next Throwback moment skips ahead to May 2025, when we joined the Job Fair at Sapientia University.
AceTech was proudly represented by Nagy Eszter Jáhel and Timea Török, who spent the day meeting students and sharing what AceTech is all about.

It was inspiring to see so many students - curious about tech, excited about future opportunities, and especially interested in our summer internship program. 🚀

🎄 Christmas Party 🎄

To close out the year, we came together for our Christmas Party at Privo - and this time, with full attendance. 🙌

It wasn’t just about good food and celebration - it was about showing the strength of our team, the connections we’ve built, and the joy of ending the year together.

From inspiring speeches, to shared tables, to dancing and costume fun - the night was filled with energy, laughter, and moments to remember. ✨

A huge thank you to Hotel Privo for their professionalism and warm hosting, and to Molnár Andrea for capturing these moments so beautifully. 📸

Because at AceTech, we don’t just celebrate - we ACE it.

✨ Carol Vibes & Small Surprises ✨
As winter set in, so did one of our favorite AceTech traditions:
Santa Claus Day & the holiday celebration. 🎅

Every year, we take a moment to bring some holiday magic into the office - decorating the space together, exchanging small gifts (or handmade surprises!), and filling the rooms with full-on carol vibes.

It’s cozy, cheerful, and unmistakably AceTech.

Because it's not just about the season - it's about showing up for each other, even in the smallest ways.

🎃 Tricks, Treats & Tournaments 🎃
October brought a different kind of momentum: Halloween at AceTech.

We carved pumpkins, dressed up (some of us even as our colleagues 👀), and brought our favourite characters to life - all for the fun of it. Costumes were optional, creativity wasn’t.

Oh, and we even hosted our very own foosball tournament - because what’s Halloween without a little friendly competition?

It was spooky, silly, and totally AceTech.

🌲 Stronger Together 🌲
October gave us one of the most important moments of the year: our AceTech team building, held at the Magic Harghita Resort .

Surrounded by nature, we took a break from our screens and leaned into fun, connection, and just the right amount of chaos. From bubble football to archery, ping pong and more, the weekend was filled with laughter, games, and real moments that reminded us how much stronger we are - together.

This wasn’t just a getaway. It was a recharge, a reset, and a reminder of the team spirit that powers everything we do.

♠ September in Bucharest meant one thing: Expo EAE. ♠

This wasn’t our first time at the event - but each year, we show up stronger.
At AceTech, we presented our evolving suite of modular tools and projects for web and mobile. From flexible components to full-featured platforms, our goal remains the same: building smart, scalable solutions that adapt to real needs.

It was great to be back, reconnect with the community, and show how we don’t just do it - we ACE it.

🌱 Greener Together 🌱

After the Europa League season wrapped, we didn’t just take home bragging rights—we reinvested the prize pool into something that grows.

Literally.

We brought a fresh wave of green into the office: new plants, new life, and a small reminder that growth happens in all kinds of ways.

This small office upgrade was a team effort - funded by our football predictions, brought in by our people, and cared for together. As the days got shorter and autumn approached, the space stayed alive and fresh.

And just like that, we were one step closer to fall.

One of our favourite team memories from last year? ⚽ Europa League season. ⚽

We followed the matches together - sometimes from the office, sometimes from home in small groups, and once even from the Fortress.

We placed our bets, and when the final came around, we gathered in the office courtyard for one epic watch party. Snacks, cheering, friendly rivalry - the full package.

The best part? The prizes went right back into the team: we reinvested them into making the office even better. 🙌

♠ Looking Back at Falunapok 2.0 ♠

We’re kicking off our Throwback Series with a look back at Falunapok 2.0 (Village Days) - the second edition of our now-annual AceTech tradition. Around this time every year, we pause to reflect: what did we build, how did we grow, and what can we do better?

This tradition started with a joke - we called it “Falunapok” once, and the name just stuck. Last year, Falunapok 2.0 brought us a full day of open team discussions, retros, and forward thinking. And of course, we closed it the AceTech way: good food, great company, and some high-speed gokart action. 🏎️🍕
