Neue Managementstruktur bei TOPMOTIVE
Wir freuen uns, mitteilen zu können, dass Stefan Schneider nun zur Geschäftsführung unserer Unternehmen gehört. „Mit der Ernennung von Stefan Schneider zum Geschäftsführer ist ein wichtiger und logischer Schritt zur Verstärkung unserer Führungsebene getan“, sagt Anja Pleus, CEO und Inhaberin der TOPMOTIVE Gruppe. „Mit seiner 17-jährigen Geschichte innerhalb von TOPMOTIVE ergänzt er das Führungsteam, bestehend aus Krunoslav Bagaric und mir, ideal in seiner neuen Rolle, um unsere Unternehmenspläne zielgerichtet voranzutreiben.“
Zusätzlich zur Ernennung haben wir ebenfalls eine interne Umstrukturierung im Management vorgenommen, um für zukünftige Projekte und die strategische Entwicklung optimal aufgestellt zu sein. Ergänzt wird die Geschäftsführung durch einen neu gegründeten Kreis von Verantwortlichen, der sich aus Schlüsselpositionen verschiedener Bereiche zusammensetzt. Ziel ist dabei, der stetigen Internationalisierung, der Innovationsfokussierung und dem Wachstum der Unternehmen mit entsprechenden Kompetenzen die passende Richtung zu geben. In den jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereichen werden künftig die folgenden Personen agieren, deren Funktionen wir mit neuen Titeln würdigen:

We are pleased to announce that Stefan Schneider is now part of the management team of our companies. "The appointment of Stefan Schneider as Managing Director is an important and logical step in strengthening our management team," says Anja Pleus, CEO and owner of TOPMOTIVE Group. "With his 17-year history within TOPMOTIVE, he ideally complements the leadership team consisting of Krunoslav Bagaric and myself in his new role to drive our business plans forward in a targeted manner."
In addition to the appointment, we have also made an internal restructuring in the management to be optimally positioned for future projects and strategic development. The management team will be joined by a newly formed group of managers comprising key positions from various areas. The aim is to give the appropriate direction to the continuous internationalization, the focus on innovation and the growth of the company with the appropriate competencies. In the future, the following persons will act in the respective areas of responsibility, whose functions we honor with new titles:
