We Are Hiring: Power BI Developer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting and analytics solutions to support project monitoring and decision-making. The role focuses on accurate tracking of project performance, enhancing reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights through effective data analysis and visualization.
Job Type: Remotely from Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
•Design and implement automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other BI tools.
•Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
•Create ad-hoc reports and conduct analysis based on stakeholder requirements.
•Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and reporting improvement opportunities.
•Build and maintain reusable data models, datasets, and reporting templates.
•Support project teams in tracking daily activities and KPIs.
•Assist the Project Control Manager in preparing periodic reports and ensuring data accuracy.
•Participate in project meetings to gather reporting requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
•Define and maintain data quality standards and reporting consistency.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and integration.
•Identify gaps in data and reporting processes and drive continuous improvement.
•Provide timely and accurate reporting updates to stakeholders.
*Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligence, - - including at least 1 year in a specialized BI role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with reporting automation and BI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data profiling and data quality management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively with strong organizational and coordination skills
