Pioneers Network is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our technical team and contribute to building reliable, scalable, and high-quality backend systems.
💻 Key Responsibilities
1- Develop and maintain API endpoints using Next.js (App Router).
2- Design and interact with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
3- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms and ensure system stability.
4- Improve application performance through caching and proactive bug fixing.
5- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver complete and efficient solutions.
🛠 Required Qualifications
1- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Back-End development.
2- Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.
3- Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL API design principles.
4- Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
5- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is considered a plus.
