إحصائيًا ، التحولات الرقميه عالميا البتفشل اكتر من البتنجح, في بعض الحاجات المهمه المفروض تتاكد منها قبل تحولك الرقمي عشان تزيد نسبة نجاحك. منها:

- شركتك عندها ثقافة رقمية (ثقافة بتدعم الطرق الجديدة لـفعل الأشياء.)

- صناع القرار في الشركة بتتجنبوا التحيزات في اتخاذ القرار (الانحياز في لبقرارات بخلينا نعتقد أننا عارفين الإجابات الصحيحة ، مع انو في الحقيقه ممكن نكون ما عارفيين اي حاجه و بندافع عن وجهة نظرنا بس.)
