We recently had the first CV Workshop of 2026, and I could not be happier with the outcome:

- 30 participants
- Full house
- A lot of great questions and discussion👏

👉🏼And the highlight of the day: the mock interviews.

One of the biggest changes we made to the workshop was extending the mock interview time to give students more opportunity to practice in a realistic scenario. The students definitely appreciated it:

- “I really liked the interview part, which gave me a lot of help for my internship!”

- “I found the interview really helpful! It gave me a whole new perspective.”

- “Interview – This really helped for my upcoming internship.”

Words cannot fully express the joy I feel knowing that I’m, in a tiny way, helping people on their journey to starting a career in tech.

I’ve hosted, participated in, and attended many CV workshops—but I can humbly say that the event Linero Tech organized last week truly raised the bar for how a CV workshop should be delivered.

we have the mission of helping people start a career in IT.

Everything I do is aimed at making that mission a reality. And although I need to fight for it every day, events like the CV workshop keep me going and remind me why I do what I do.

I already mentioned that last week was our CV workshop and that we got a lot of positive feedback.

But what I did not mention was that one of our students who attended the workshop had an interview for his internship the day after the workshop.

Today I got the news that he got accepted to do his internship as an Android Developer.

Providing quality education is a never-ending process; I need to be constantly keeping my knowledge, tools, and processes up-to-date to make sure we are giving students the best learning environment possible.

I truly believe the CV workshop is one of those key components of the education because it brings the students together.

I said it before and I will keep saying it, I cannot take all the credit for the success of our students because my colleague from Zetcons has also played a key role in this mission of helping people start a career in IT and especially when it comes to finding the best companies for our students to do their internship.
