This week, we weren’t just checking the pulse in our employee surveys. We also learned how to actually save one ❤️‍🔥

CPR training was on the agenda in both Gothenburg and Stockholm, and honestly, this might be the one kind of knowledge we truly hope we never have to use.

Can you believe it’s already November!? Feels like we just got back from summer, doesn’t it....?

Time flies when you’re having fun, or so they say! 😌

And we’ve certainly had a blast! Here are some of the highlights from recent times:

🏢 We recently took part in Sveriges HR Förening's HR Days, where Sara Karlsson, Johan Karlsson, and Sara Holmberg engaged in inspiring discussions about building successful teams. Meeting our customers and hearing about the meaningful differences you're making for your teams truly brightened these days!

🖥️ We’ve launched a new and improved side menu to make it easier to use our platform with smoother navigation. Kudos to our fantastic product team for their hard work!

💜 Our Customer Success team is already busy helping our customers set their Winningtemp goals for next year. We’re excited to help you map out your journey to success and create real change in your organisations (and make 2025 your best year yet!)
