We’ve been doing a lot of growing up lately.

And maybe that’s exactly why this felt right.

We’re partnering with two student groups from the Faculty of Information Technologies, University “Džemal Bijedić”​ in Mostar. BedBugz will be working with us on Linkbound, while QuinTouch joins us as a marketing partner as we sponsor the FIT Coding Challenge.

We remember what it was like to be on the other side, looking for a foot in the door, trying to prove something with no track record to show for it. The further you get from that, the easier it is to forget it.

BedBugz and QuinTouch are working on real projects as part of their studies: structured, professional, with real responsibility attached.

For the next two months, you’ll see them take over our social media channels, primarily Instagram. Their perspective and their voice. We thought that was more interesting than anything we’d write about it ourselves.

The IT market they’re walking into is one of the hardest it’s been in years. We can’t change that. But we believe that companies who’ve had the chance to grow have some responsibility to make that path a little less abstract for the people just starting out.

That felt like enough of a reason.

Ćejf is one of those words that can’t quite be translated. Everyone with Balkan roots knows exactly what it means. We’re bringing it to Stockholm.
