Endemic VR attended Gamescom and checked the latest within game development and VR. There is an amazing market with games to choose from and the interest generated towards 500,000 visitors. That's entire Gothenburg squeezed into ten exhibition hangars(!!).
We are convinced that there is room for even more and new types of experiences. Endemic VR works to bring your gaming experience to a level where the story is an obvious part of the accessible VR market.

This summer has been very productive for us at Endemic, even though we have been rather secretive about it. We have been working on another project, but we can't say much since it's in early development. What we can say is that we are working on an intuitive interaction system geared toward mobile VR. Stay tuned!

With Erik Myr

This week we are welcoming Erik Myr to our team at Endemic Entertainment. Erik will be our Sound Designer and will be recording and creating sound and music for our games.

Why did you join Endemic Entertainment?

- I joined Endemic because I think its a great group with innovative ideas that I believe I can contribute to.

What does your background look like?

- I’ve worked on several projects over the years as well as a lot of game modding. I’m also a musician which gives me an added interest for sound and music as a means to set the tone in games.

What fuels you?

- Personal and group development as well the physical results of my work.

What do you like to do outside of work?

- I sing in the university quire and I’ve been a gamer since minesweeper on windows 3.11. I am also very engaged in Värmland Pride.

This week we are welcoming Martin Hamilton to our team at Endemic Entertainment. Martin will we be our Project Manager and help us stay organized and focused on our work. We will introduce members of the team with a short interview so you can get a feel of who we are.

Why did you join Endemic Entertainment?

- I think the team and product are absolutely fantastic. I also really admire the constant desire to push boundaries and innovate.

What does your background look like?

- I really love start-ups. Iv’e been founder and CEO for a couple as well as a part of other companies in the past. I really enjoy being part of projects were the sky is the limit.

What fuels you?

- The future. Being part of something with such potential is exciting for me.

What do you like to do outside of work?

- I relish being outdoors. I enjoy the contrast between being outdoors and my work; which although creative, mostly consist of meetings and computer work. When I get home I’m going to head out canoeing and eventually spend the night out camping.
