Giving back to the communities we’re part of is something that matters deeply to us at Configura ❤️

Last week, some of our Grand Rapids team spent part of their CSR Teams-Up hours volunteering at Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It's our second year in a row supporting this fantastic organization.

During the day, the team helped clean, organize, move and prepare donated building materials and home improvement products, all contributing to their mission of creating safe and affordable housing for families in need.

Proud of our team for taking the time to make a difference. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. 🙌

There’s something powerful about stepping away from your day-to-day work and doing something completely different; together.

Today and tomorrow, 16 colleagues from Configura spent time with Östergötlands Stadsmission as part of our CSR commitment.

We helped clear out and clean an apartment, making room for new furniture and a fresh start for someone else. Tomorrow, another group will continue the work.

At Configura, everyone gets 8 hours per year to give back. These two days, we donated 68 hours for a good purpose. It's a good reminder that those hours truly matter.

💙 Today was finally IGEday!

A fantastic group of girls of different ages and interests joined us to explore engineering firsthand. Throughout the day, they rotated between three interactive stations where they got to try designing in our software, programming, and diving into a UX-focused activity.

We wrapped up with a lively speed dating session filled with thoughtful questions about education, careers, hobbies, dreams, and ideas. There were lots of great conversations throughout.

Just like previous years, we are incredibly grateful to be part of this initiative, and we’re already looking forward to next year! 💡✨

Today, Configura begins a new chapter.

Steven Jenkins steps into the role of CEO, returning to the company where his journey began.

Steven started his career at Configura as a developer and grew with the company, working in many roles along the way, including leadership in development and as part of the executive management team. During those years, he worked closely with customers and built deep knowledge of our technology, industries and the relationships that make this ecosystem unique.

After several years in executive leadership roles within Consumer Electronics and Automotive, he is now returning home to lead Configura into its next chapter.

We also want to sincerely thank Stefan Persson for his leadership over the past six years. He led with curiosity, humility and care for our users, partners and manufacturers, strengthening both our company and our community along the way. We are deeply grateful for his impact and wish him the very best.

With a strong foundation in place, we will continue building, innovating and strengthening the platform that connects us all.
