Nu i oktober har Jimmie Moberg börjat hos oss på Cybercom i Linköping. Jimmie brinner framförallt för web och cloud och han blir ett viktigt tillskott för oss framåt inom dessa områden.

Häromdagen hade ett av våra team arbetsmöte och teambuilding på Esbjörns fina gård strax utanför Linköping. Dagen bjöd på härlig stämning, gemensam matlagning och arbete som resulterade i en plan för teamets första demo. Demon ska visas för kunden nästa vecka och förväntningarna är höga!

This year the traditional big Cybercom Summer Party was cancelled due to Corona. Instead we had some nice summer activites in smaller groups, with physical distancing and hand sanitizer. Disc golf, "kubb"x2 and miniature golf was exercised and the evenings ended with different kinds of picnics in the nice wheather. A big thank you to Jonas, Patrik, Calle and Peter who organized the activities.

Today we had our site meeting over Teams due to Corona. Oh, so much we miss meeting each other physically. We look forward to when this is over and we can meet all great colleagues again and continue after the meeting with a nice after work. It was though a good meeting and was ended by an invitation from one of the colleagues to go for a bicycle ride - today is actually the day of the bike. This week, we arranged our own Women in Tech meetup here in Linköping at Creactive Mjärdevi. A large number of women participated during the evening to listen to inspirational lecturers and mingle with other women in the tech industry. The event was very successful and we can not wait to arrange a new, similar, event in the future. A big thank you to everyone who came!

This Friday, a few of our Makers from Linköping attended the Women In Tech Sweden conference in Stockholm. It was a day filled with inspirational lectures, breakout sessions and
innovative performances. We are so glad to be a main partner of this event and that we have the chance to arrange our own Women in Tech meetup here in Linköping tomorrow, to lift the focus of women in the tech industry in this region as well.

Today we have exhibited on Mediateknikdagarna in Norrköping. We demoed our driving simulator Cybersim and met many nice students. Cybercom will attend many more fairs during the year around the region, see ya there!
