Let us introduce you to Daniele Frustaci and Federico De Giorgi, our interns from Italy who joined the STORViX engineering team back in February. We have been so lucky to have them here at STORViX. To learn more about them, please read below.

We asked them to tell us what the best thing about doing their internship at STORViX was:

"I'm at Storvix as a network infrastructure intern, so I'm into the network infrastructure department DevOps. I'm in the team that mainly works on creating a reliable, secure network and checking if all systems are working correctly. Sometimes we involve other colleagues from engineering or cyber security departments, as things could be related to their field of work. It's like we lay the asphalt and work to maintain it. For example, I'm currently responsible for optimizing the internal network infrastructure at Storvix. I like that everything is kept simple and transparent, so easy that it can be shared in a Fika!" - Daniele.

*Fika = means making time for friends and colleagues to share a cup of coffee (or tea) and a little something, usually sweet, to eat.*

"My role is Cyber Security Expert in the Security department. I'm here to share Cyber Security awareness. I aim to build a more robust security culture alongside improving STORViX's security posture by working on IT systems and procedures. For me, the best part is the dynamic environment and full of challenges giving me many opportunities to learn." - Federico.
