Earlier this week, women from Avoki across Sweden, Norway, and Finland gathered in Stockholm for a day focused on connection, wellbeing, and inspiration.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Sheila Arnell – Hormone Health Coach & Educator – who guided us through an important topic: understanding the body on a deeper level and how hormones impact energy, strength, and wellbeing throughout different stages of life.

The day included inspiring conversations, workshops, and time to reflect together. And of course, we ended the evening with a lovely dinner ✨

What slows down a meeting the most?
What you don’t see 🧐

You notice it in many meeting rooms today. There’s a lot that needs to fit in at the same time: presentations and live-updating data, remote participants on video – and sometimes chat as well.

We start zooming, scrolling, asking someone to “make that a bit bigger”. It may not seem like a big issue in the moment, but the pace drops and focus shifts from the content to the technology.

Add hybrid meetings to the mix.
Then both people and content need space at the same time – otherwise some end up as spectators rather than participants.

At the same time, our habits have already changed.
At home, we choose larger screens to get a better overview and handle multiple streams. But meeting rooms don’t always keep up.

At Avoki, we see digitalisation as a key enabler of a more sustainable society. But with that comes responsibility — to reduce impact, increase transparency, and support our customers in making better technology choices.

Highlights from 2025:
🌿 Our total climate footprint decreased to 12,046 tCO₂e (–6.7% YoY), with a –8% reduction relative to revenue, exceeding our annual target.

♻️ Through circular initiatives and collaborations, we contributed to reducing climate impact. One of our partnerships enabled savings of over 800 tonnes of CO₂e by extending the lifecycle of IT equipment.

📊 We updated our double materiality assessment in line with ESRS, strengthening our understanding of impacts, risks, and opportunities.

🔍 Continued focus on responsible sourcing and supplier management, with the value chain remaining our primary focus

⚙️ We strengthened our systematic sustainability work by renewing our ISO 14001 certification and further integrating sustainability into our governance

Sustainability is not a side initiative. It’s part of how we design, deliver, and improve IT solutions every day.
