We’re is looking to find a driven Executive Assistant for a Paid Internship (70%) at our Stockholm office!
There are so many things we love but don’t always find the time to do, that’s why we’re looking for you. We think you might be a University student with some extra time on your hands. Someone who is yearning to be part of an exiting ”startup-becoming-a-scaleup” company. You will, among other things, assist our Co-Founder and CEO with varias culture activities and organize company events!
On a regular basis we host Lunch & Learns, Breakfast, Lunch-Yoga and Cava Friday at the office, helping organize and forming these events will be part of your duties. You will help out with the constantly ongoing redecoration of our work space and keeping the plants we breed alive. You will be in charge of booking trips and coordinating events. Sometimes answering phone calls and opening mail and packages too.
Fluent in English and a good understanding of Swedish is required.
The role:
* Assisting CEO with coordinating company wide communication and activities
* Planning and organizing our annual Spring Party
* Organize and develop recurring internal events like; Lunch&Learns, Breakfast Mondays, Lunch Yoga, Cava Fridays
* Booking and planning company trips and activitie
* Office Caretaker: redecorator, gardener (of indoor plants) and Head of Food
* Fix varying issues we may or may not know that we have
* Creating an even more inspiring workplace and atmosphere
