✨ Last week, we had the pleasure of attending Swedish Business Travel Association, SBTA’s Annual Meeting – and we’re proud to be their new event tech partner.

SBTA runs over 25 events across Sweden every year. We’re excited to support their mission with InvitePeople’s modern, flexible and user-friendly platform – making it easier to invite, manage, and engage participants at every stage.

🚀 New Reporting Feature: Shared Lists! 📊

We’ve made sharing reports easier and more secure than ever!
Administrators can now share exported lists with external users directly from the platform. With just a click on “Share list”, you can - while maintaining full control over data security.

Once shared, external users can log in and access all lists under Reporting in the main menu—across all events! Plus, they can refresh the list anytime to get the latest updates. Whether you prefer to view data in the browser or download it as XLSX or CSV, the choice is yours!

Vitalis, the largest eHealth event in Scandinavia, is now inviting organizations, public authorities and companies to submit presentation proposals for the conference in 2025. 🔎

For this they are once again using the InvitePeople abstract feature. This allows the proposals to be reviewed by a program committee, adding points and comments to the proposals. Approved proposals are then easily published to the conference schedule, and – if required – information about the presentations can be added and edited by the content managers. 🧑‍⚕️

Autumn is coming, which means onsite events. 🍂

Yesterday we were onsite at Pareto Securities annual Healthcare Conference in Stockholm. The conference has an extensive schedule with company presentation, as well as individual schedules for investors to meet the companies in 1on1 meetings. The meetings have been allocated using InvitePeoples automated meeting generator, making the allocation much more efficient as well as saving time for the corporate access team. We are very proud of the meeting generator, and it’s still improving thanks to our customers’ feedback and requests.
During the conference InvitePeople was handling registration and badge printing for all participants.

We love being onsite with our customers!

Just nu pågår ett stort antal event runt om i Västerbotten med fullt fokus på hållbarhet. Vi är glada att Nolia för tredje gången använder InvitePeople som samlingsplattform för detta.
