SpectrumOne's subsidiary, QBIM AB, enters into a partner agreement with Pengvin Affärssystem AB. The partner agreement strengthens the value proposition of Pengvin, allowing their customers to reap the benefits of analytics and insights from their ERP data loaded on the PRISM platform.

This enables QBIM to market PRISM solutions to Pengvin customers in both Sweden and Norway.

Spectrumone AB has sold 100% of the shares in Ådata Infosystems AB ("Ådata") to Mavshack AB at an enterprise value of SEK 10 million.

"I am exited that we successfully managed to spin off Ådata, and find a new suitable home for the company to develop further. The transaction strengthens our cash position and enables us to continue the work of creating intercompany synergies” Kenneth Dalquist Valbøll, CEO SpectrumOne AB

Ampilio, subsidiary of SpectrumOne, has signed a partnership agreement with the Danish e-commerce funding company Mxney ApS.

Mxney funds e-commerce businesses and makes it possible for them to reach their goals in a shorter time and with a proven track record. They have funded more than 100 e-commerce companies with more than DKK 50 million.

Mxney's offer is not just funding but also offer their expertise in the best growth tactics based on insight, implementation and hundreds of successful cases.

M Bilar Group increases heavily their marketing commitment to 3,615,000 SEK with , a subsidiary of SpectrumOne, for 2022 - a significant increase of over 110% compared to last year's contract.

M Bilar Group () sells and serves BMW and MINI, and is one of Sweden's largest BMW dealers.
