Want to get some creepy and spooky tones to your sound? 👻

Try using the "Eerie" setting on Audiomatic. shows that to get a smooth automated rise and fall, route the Audiomatic's Transform parameter into a Pulsar LFO. Set it to a very slow rate with a sawtooth wave and push up the level to add some movement. Just be sure to throw on a high-pass filter and compressor afterward to keep those bassy, chirpy tones in check!

Need a bit of inspiration in your mix? 🤔

Try using pitch shifting to create a completely different sounding section in your track. Just add the Polar effect device to your master section and automate it for that specific part.

Looking to add some motion to your track? 🌀

A nice and easy way to do this is by introducing subtle or not-so-subtle changes to the stereo field. You can accomplish this using a Pulsar device and a CV connection. Flip the rack around and connect the output of LFO1 directly into the pan CV input on your device's mix channel. If the effect isn't pronounced enough, you can turn the level and rate up to send over the edge, or use the tiny k**b next to the pan CV input to scale the incoming signal for a more subtle effect.

Want to change the melody of a track without reinventing your entire project?

If your track sounds off or you need a creative boost, you can bring it to life by adjusting the pitch of your waveforms. Just click on your clip and transpose, or press F8 to enter Edit Mode and fine-tune your notes.

Quick hi-hat panning tip using Reason 14. 🎧

Using an LFO output instead of automation lanes keeps your Reason rack and sequencer clean and organized. This approach avoids cluttering your project while adding a nice bit of extra spice to your mix. Just route the LFO output from a Pulsar directly into the CV input of your closed hat's mix channel.
