Lumera congratulates Länsförsäkringar Fondliv – winner of the Trophy of the Year 2025 🏆

Länsförsäkringar Fondliv has received this year’s award for the project "New occupational pension offering in group scheme" – LF-Plan.

LF-Plan marks an important milestone in Länsförsäkringar Fondliv’s transformation journey towards a more flexible and efficient operating model. The project has enabled the launch of a modern occupational pension offering based on Lumera’s group scheme framework.

The winner was selected by an external jury consisting of Per-Erik Gullnäs, Lars Mårtensson, and Martin Sandén.

News release London, 12 May 2026 – Delivering the package of reforms across both the defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) markets will accelerate the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and enhanced technology systems, according to Lumera.

While designed to improve scale and member outcomes within the system, the changes are also expected to significantly increase the volume, complexity and breadth of data that providers will need to manage prudently.

It means that the careful application of AI, unified systems and modern technology processes will be required for providers to position themselves for future growth.
