New leadership. Stronger platform. Clear direction.

In September, Linda Nyquist-Evenrud stepped in as Group CEO of Allgon – and our newly published Annual Report 2025 shows what her first months have been building toward: continuity, focus, and the foundations for our next phase of growth.

Despite a more cautious market in parts of the OEM segment, we grew net sales 5.9% to SEK 761.1 million and strengthened our financial position, while bringing Tele Radio, Åkerströms and Sistematica closer together than ever.

Looking to 2026, we're backed by a stronger balance sheet, a clearer portfolio, and a fully developed Allgon Common Platform – all pointing toward a clearer path to growth.

Allgon is looking for an experienced R&D leader to head our hardware and mechanical engineering team and drive innovation across our wireless control systems.

You'll lead a growing team of hardware and mechanical engineers, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement — reporting directly to our Chief Technology & Product Officer.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop the R&D Hardware team
- Plan resources across development, research, and maintenance
- Participate in and lead development projects
- Drive process improvements and adoption of new tools
- Participate in design reviews to ensure quality and compliance

What you bring:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in electronics/hardware product development
- 3+ years of people management in an R&D setting
- Fluent in English and Swedish

Based at our Málaga office, you'll lead iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit) while also contributing to Android, working closely with our R&D and product teams across locations.

5+ years of software development experience, incl. 3–5 years hands-on iOS/Swift
Strong skills in SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, Cocoa, CoreData

Great times at Volvo Days 2026!

Earlier this week Allgon Group was at Volvo Construction Equipment ’s Customer Center for Volvo Days 2026, together with fellow members of FKG (Swedish Vehicle Component Group).

Our Product Manager Peter Enmalm was on the ground exploring live machine demonstrations, test drives, and the latest innovations across everything from electric haulers to autonomous excavators — all under the theme “Smarter Solutions. Driven by You.”

Allgon represented there our subsidiary brands Tele Radio Group, Åkerströms, and Sistematica Srl — a reflection of our shared curiosity and drive to stay at the forefront of industrial innovation.

Days like this remind us why it matters to stay curious, stay engaged, and stay close to the companies pushing industry boundaries.
