Electricity tariffs in Singapore just went up — effective April 1, 2026.

The Q2 rate is now 27.27 cents/kWh (before GST), a 2.1% increase from last quarter.

But here's what businesses should pay closer attention to: EMA has explicitly warned that tariffs could rise further and more sharply in the quarters ahead, as ongoing Middle East tensions continue to disrupt global oil and gas supply chains.
