Back in 2014, Lotte Hotel Hanoi first implemented Cadena HRM Version 4 to manage their workforce operations across a team of 500 employees. It was the beginning of a partnership built on trust, reliability, and a shared commitment to operational excellence in hospitality HR management.

✨ Last November, after more than a decade on the platform, Lotte Hotel Hanoi made the decision to upgrade to Cadena HRM Series 5, bringing their HR infrastructure to the next level.

✨ This week marks another key milestone. After signing the User Acceptance Test last week, we are now completing the training program for all HR administrators and operational managers, covering three core modules: Staffing, Time Attendance, and Payroll. The system is fully integrated with their global HRIS, ensuring seamless data flow across their international operations.

With UAT successfully completed and the entire team now trained and ready, Lotte Hotel Hanoi is set for go-live. We are proud to have been part of this journey and look forward to supporting their HR operations in the chapters ahead.
