The State Courts of Singapore has achieved a notable success, winning the Best Customer Satisfaction Score for Transactional Services at the prestigious Digital Services Award 2025.

The recognition was given for the excellent public user ratings received by two key platforms: the Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) and the Community Justice and Tribunals System (CJTS). These results underscore the State Courts' commitment to providing efficient and accessible digital services.

The best teamwork happens when we step out of the office and into a new environment.

✈️ This time, we were ushered to the island of the gods - Bali.
A tropical getaway was just the respite everyone needed after a challenging and rewarding year.

Surrounded by Bali's stunning beaches and vibrant culture, it was the perfect opportunity for relaxation, team bonding, and planning for an even more successful future.

The highlight? A fiercely contested game of tug-of-war that showcased our team's incredible spirit and undeniable strength!

Post-tug-of-war, the energy was still high, which led some of us to an impromptu "flex-off"!

We at TOPPAN Equaria are immensely proud to celebrate our two exceptional ITE graduates who are thriving with us!

A huge congratulations to Clara and Aquasha on graduating together under the same ITE scheme!

Recently, Clara represented us brilliantly at the ITE CEO Preview Session at ITE Central. She shared invaluable insights into her journey and the learning experiences she gained working within our TOPPAN Ecquaria Quality Assurance (QA) team.

The session was a resounding success! The ITE CEO was deeply impressed by Clara's account of her work experience and what she had learned, taking a keen interest in our company. We are thrilled that the CEO now looks forward to closely collaborating with TOPPAN Ecquaria for the future intake of ITE students.

We also want to shine a spotlight on Aquasha, who is making great strides in our DevSecOps team! Both Clara and Aquasha are shining examples of the immense talent ITE students bring to the technology sector.
