It was started as a shop that selling electronic gadgets. It took a year for the shop to re-focus in video game market. In year 2007, the shop re-located to Bukit Batok Central. It operated for four and half year there. Over these years, many customers from the west area heard us, visited us and liked us. The shop had been a favorite hang-out place for many of them. In the middle of 2011, the com
pany made a major move. It closed the Bukit Batok shop and moved into an office in Mandai Estate. The operation was total shifted online. Many customers ask: why move? There are a few reasons. One is the rising renting cost. The other is our belief that technology can help us to reach more customers. And the last reason is that we wish to keep some weekends and holidays for ourselves. :)
After we changed from normal shop operation to mail-order, many customers have given feelback that the change is too sudden. We understand that. We are actively working to make the ordering process as painless as possible. We felt satisfied and happy that many customers come back to us for new orders. Some have changed their shopping habits to accommodate our new mode of operation. We tell ourselves that we shall do more and better, for customers, for ourselves and for everyone!
