Megaworld Corporation recently participated in our Platform Training at the Komunidad Hub, which covered 19 townships and focused on using our multi-hazard early warning system.

The session walked through how site-specific intelligence, automated alerts, and risk monitoring tools can be applied across townships to support more informed and timely decision-making. The training also included a platform walkthrough led by our Head of Enterprise Solutions, Reginald Delos Reyes, demonstrating how teams can operationalize climate data into day-to-day use.

This initiative supports Megaworld’s ongoing efforts to strengthen resilience and improve preparedness across its developments.

Led by our Chief Sustainability Officer, Jed Llanes, the discussion covered SEC sustainability reporting and PFRS (IFRS S1 & S2), with a focus on helping teams strengthen governance, improve reporting readiness, and support long-term resilience across the group.

The session focused on helping organizations navigate SEC reporting requirements and align with PFRS (IFRS S1 & S2). Through this collaboration, we will combine Climalytics360’s local market insight and advisory expertise with Komunidad’s digital platform to support organizations in strengthening climate resilience, sustainability reporting, and risk-informed decision-making.

We were pleased to welcome Zohaib Jawed from the GSMA to the Komunidad Hub today for a meaningful catch-up on our latest updates and implementation progress.

Backed by the GSMA Mobile for Development and funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, this initiative is advancing localized early warning systems that enable communities to prepare earlier and respond faster to disaster risks.

The visit also provided an opportunity for Zohaib to meet our local project team, as well as representatives from the Claver LGU, as we move forward with the rollout of the project.

Tomorrow, we'll continue the engagement with a benchmarking activity with our partner LGUs in Metro Manila, creating space for shared learning and practical exchange on local disaster preparedness and resilience.

We’re pleased to share a new three-party collaboration between Komunidad, Oxford Centre for Technology and Development, and TRASTA ESG, with an initial focus on supporting organizations in Turkey. This partnership brings together:
- Komunidad’s climate and ESG technology platforms
- OCTD’s international research, policy, and implementation expertise
- Trasta ESG’s locally grounded ESG methodologies and analytical advisory capabilities

Together, we aim to support Turkish organizations, institutions, and projects seeking more practical, integrated, and credible approaches to climate risk management, ESG, and sustainability delivery aligned with both international frameworks and local context.

The collaboration establishes a flexible framework for jointly delivering technology-enabled solutions, advisory, and implementation support, with each partner contributing its core strengths.

We look forward to working together on future initiatives that advance climate action, responsible governance, and data-informed decision-making in Turkey.
