We are looking for an individual who is keen to develop themselves into the digital business sector with surging growth potential.
You would own the content creation responsibilities to invent new printable to broaden our current portfolio. The purpose of these printable is to enhance the learning and development for kids. We will require you to contribute to this portfolio growth. You will also be expected to work on our in-house creation of new characters where a series of designing and creation of content and video is required.
This is the company where expansion opportunities are wide, and you would be able to become a creator of our new portfolio.

Scope of Work
- Design and develop new content for kids theme printable. Content can include Activities Books, Games, Educational, Maths, English Workbooks etc.
- Create illustrations to support our development for e-books (kids’ short stories).
- Ability to manage tactical work like photo editing, image refining and other graphic revision work needed.
- Invent new designs for adoption into our to-be developed merchandise.
- Assist to create animated videos for our short stories’ portfolio.

Role Requirements
- At least 3-4 years on graphic designing work, basic illustration work most preferred.
- Basic knowledge of creating animated videos is most preferred.
- Confident with creating kids’ content and learning requirements.
- Able to adopt new designs into products.
- Passionate in promoting kids’ merchandise.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision.
- Team player, motivated to work well and bond with respective members.
- Mature disposition and enjoy flexibility and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of online product photographs which include transforming from general images into professional style pictures and short video content.(30%)
- Design lead for marketing collaterals including web banners, promotional artwork and products brochures/catalogue (10%)
- Start from scratch the creation of printable that is suited for children (from 2 to 7 year old) for learning and educational usage (40%)
- Assist in the development of Kiddy Companion pals design and artwork (20%) which is more likely to start in early 2022.

Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years experiences in graphic designing and artwork creation.
- Strong ability to conceptualize basic requirements of online content into creative outputs.
- Versed and understand the importance of online content creativity being a critical factor in e-commerce.
- Energetic and strong interest to develop career in the fast emerging online business.
- Open to learn on different aspects of a start-up business.

The prospective employee will have great autonomy in their daily lifestyle of how and where they want to achieve for their work deliverables. The role encompasses certain routine work responsibilities while ad hoc communication via through phone or video-conferencing can be expected regularly. This is to align the work expectations thus allowing adequate time and space for the employee to create his or her best. The work priorities can be phrasal to achieve the project timeline and the recommended split of time can be adjustable to suit the nees of achieving the business goals.
