After 14 wonderful years, it’s time for a new chapter at Tekkie Help 💙

Back in 2012, Bo and Sarah founded Tekkie Help with a simple goal: to provide honest, reliable and friendly IT support that people could genuinely trust.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of families and businesses with their technology — something Bo looks back on with enormous pride and gratitude.

Bo is now retiring from the day-to-day running of Tekkie Help and relocating to Thailand, where he’ll be enjoying a very well-earned retirement in sunny Phuket. 🌴☀️ He will, however, remain a shareholder in the business.

Sarah will continue running Tekkie Help alongside our new owner, Shardul Kothari, who brings a wealth of experience, fresh ideas and a real commitment to growing the business while maintaining the friendly, personal service our clients have always valued. Recent additions to the team will also strengthen the support we can offer our clients going forward.

And Bo isn’t disappearing completely! Our sister company, Sort Your Photos, will continue, with Bo still available for private photo management training, group workshops and remote photo organisation support.

Most importantly, a huge thank you to all our clients, past and present, for your trust, loyalty and support over the last 14 years. You have played an enormous part in the Tekkie Help story.
