Fraudulent Emails Impersonating Pixel Mechanics
We have been made aware that fraudulent emails are being sent to some of our clients by an individual impersonating Pixel Mechanics and members of our team.
These emails are not sent, authorised or endorsed by Pixel Mechanics.
If you receive an unexpected email regarding website updates, WordPress, plugins, renewals, SEO services, payments or account access:
• Do not reply to the sender
• Do not click unfamiliar links or attachments
• Do not provide login credentials or account information
• Do not make payments or approve work based solely on the email
• Verify the request directly with your usual Pixel Mechanics contact
We are actively investigating the matter and reporting it to the relevant authorities and service providers.
