NPS measures how likely clients are to recommend a company, on a scale from -100 to +100.

Our score keeps improving year over year - and we will do our best to keep it that way.

1️⃣ One of our project managers recorded a 4-hour client workshop, turned the transcript into a living project knowledge base.

2️⃣ Another built a complete website MVP with AI - design, Figma, working React page - start to finish.

This is what our PMs actually do at Optiweb. Not just coordinate. Not just forwarding emails.

That's why we're not looking for a classic PM. We're looking for something closer to a Technical Account Manager.

Someone who:
➡️ Gets genuinely curious about a client's business, not just their backlog
➡️ Can hold a technical conversation with a developer and a commercial one with a CEO in the same afternoon
➡️ Knows how to move a client toward a decision without pushing
➡️ Treats project outcomes as a personal matter
➡️ Already uses AI as a daily tool - and pushes the boundaries of what that means

We don't need 10 years of experience. We need the right instincts and the drive to prove them.

AI has already made a huge difference at Optiweb. But this is just the beginning! 📈

A month ago, we wrapped up our "testing" of various AI assistants. From IDE plugins to coding assistants and frontier models like OpenAI and similar, and made a decision: , for everyone, mandatory. Not as a bonus tool, but as a strategic direction.

That's why everyone got one week to document three tasks where AI helped, or didn't. Partly to see where AI helps us deliver better and where (for now) it gets in the way. But more importantly, to see where we can grow as a team in using AI safely and efficiently.

The fact is, efficiency will of course get better. Especially on smaller, self-contained projects. That's been happening for quite some time.

But the bigger shift is somewhere else. In what's now possible.

The question used to be: "Can we afford a thorough analysis and a couple of ex*****on scenarios?" Now it's: "Which bold ideas do we want to pressure-test before we commit?" Approaches that used to be off the table as too complex are now worth a serious look.

More depth. More iterations. More testing that used to fall under »we don't have time/budget«. New types of solutions that simply weren't on the table before.

We also have tasks where AI:
➡️ Complicated the solution.
➡️ Lost context or spiraled on a problem.
➡️ Took more time than we'd have spent ourselves.

We document those cases just as seriously as the wins. Because those are exactly what teach us when to use AI and when not to.

Just as important is the safe and responsible use of AI, something we've put real effort into. Client and end-user data stays local. It doesn't go into AI models.

We're moving forward with AI more and more at the centre of our work. Because it's the only way to thrive in this fast-paced world. ⏩

July was big for us. We sold the marketing part of the company.

In Optiweb, nothing is set in stone. If something no longer works for the owner, the company, or the team — we will do our best to improve/change it.

Even if that means letting go of the part that started it all: our marketing department (SEO, advertising…), which made up about 1/3 of our business.

Over the years, we moved from “grow, grow, grow” to “optimize and focus.”

That journey led to this decision.

Why? The main reason is that we strived for more focus, but also:

👉 Owner's passion is more on the development site

👉 For us/in our case, it’s more stable and future-proof

👉 We're smaller again — and that brings agility

👉 And yes, we ended 2024 with our best financial results ever. Leave at the top, they say.

And now: a new chapter, fully focused on the development part of the business. 🚀

In this post, we're going back to basics (which, let's be honest, can often get overlooked while chasing trends).

Hootsuite analyzed over one million social posts and found the best times to post for maximum engagement. Here are some key insights:

👉 The best times to post on Instagram are 3 PM - 9 PM on Mondays, 5 AM - 8 AM and 3 PM - 7 PM on Tuesdays, and 5 PM - 7 PM on Thursdays.
👉 On Facebook, it's best to post in the morning (between 5 AM and 8 AM), except on Mondays, when the optimal posting time is 5 PM.
👉 For LinkedIn, the best times to post are between 8 AM and 9 AM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

When planning your posts, also consider:
📝 Content type – In the morning, people are more likely to read, while in the afternoon, they tend to watch videos.
⏰ Active times – Check when your audience is most active in Meta Business Suite and adjust your posting schedule accordingly.
🎥 Algorithm learning phase – TikTok videos often need more time to be fully distributed.
📍 Other digital marketing tactics – Pinterest prioritizes SEO strategy over the time of posting.
🚨 Competition – Analyze when competitors post and try to publish a few minutes before them.

And one pro tip from our side: We're all about testing, and our social strategy is a living, evolving thing. Be bold enough to do the same! 💪🏻
