Job title: Senior Angular Developer
Job Location: Damascus – Mazzeh
Job Type: Full Time 8h - On-site
Working days: from Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Write clean, maintainable, documented and high-performance code using Angular framework.
· Provide Front End technical guidance across functions (Estimations, UI/UX guidelines).
· Oversees the overall development of applications including; system design, planning, production and customer support for software systems and solutions.
· Communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.
· Co-operate effectively with other team members and project managers.
· Stay up-to-date in Angular latest updates and enhance the development practices.
· Ensures the quality of the source code, and plans and conducts source code reviews.
· Design mockups for mobile applications and websites.
· Write unit/feature test cases to verify functionality and prevent possible security breaches.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
· 4+ years' experience with Angular.
· Strong knowledge of Html, JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS and a good knowledge in common Angular topics (Interceptor, Services, Modules, Directives, …).
· A good knowledge in UI/UX development using Scss/Sass.
· Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership and training to senior and junior staff to deliver applications in accordance to defined requirements.
· Ability to perform qualified problem-solving and task completion in an acceptable time.
· Ability to work well independently and with a team while displaying a positive attitude.
· Experience with full lifecycle application development.
· Ability to find a balance between complexity and performance in solving a complex technical problem.
· Good knowledge of common Angular topics (Interceptor, Services, Modules, Directives, …).
· Strong understanding of the HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs.
· Understanding of Back-end technologies.

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of working with common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Youtube).
· Any experience in another common JavaScript framework (React, Vue, …).

• Application Development & Enhancement: Maintain and enhance mobile applications, implement real-time data visualization, manage system operations (e.g., entity grouping, user assignments), handle subscription and payment integrations, and maintain sophisticated alert systems.
• Technical Implementation: Implement multi-language support (RTL/LTR), manage complex form workflows with validation, handle offline data synchronization, ensure responsive UI across various screen sizes, implement custom drawing tools, and manage background services with battery optimization.
• Code Quality: Adhere to established architectural patterns and coding conventions, ensure comprehensive error handling and logging, implement proper state management, and write maintainable, internationalized code with clear separation of concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong Flutter/Dart Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including Flutter BLoC pattern and Bloc Concurrency for state management, Go Router for navigation, GetIt for dependency injection, Dio HTTP client with custom interceptors, and local storage with SharedPreferences and secure token management.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in implementing real-time data updates, managing complex state, and optimizing application performance.
• Firebase Integration: Familiarity with Firebase Core & Messaging for push notifications and Flutter Local Notifications for background alerts.
• Architectural Understanding: Knowledge of Clean Architecture (domain/data/presentation layers), Repository pattern, Entity-Model separation, BLoC pattern for state management, and Service locator pattern for dependency management.
• Experience: 3+ years in Flutter/Dart development, especially with complex enterprise applications, REST API integration, and authentication.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with operational management applications, payment gateway integrations, push notification systems, or multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with other mobile frameworks like React Native or native (iOS/Android) is a huge plus.

• Performance & Scalability: Optimize database queries, implement caching strategies, improve application response times, and ensure efficient handling of real-time GPS data.
• Core Technologies: ASP.NET Core (C #), Entity Framework Core, ABP Framework, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and MassTransit.
• Architecture & Patterns: Clean Architecture, Multi-tenancy, Microservices, Background job processing, Repository, and Unit of Work patterns.
• Database & Data: SQL, Entity Framework Core migrations, NetTopologySuite, Redis, and database performance tuning.
• Real-time & Integration: Firebase, OpenTelemetry, RESTful API design (OpenAPI/Swagger), and OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Additional: Docker, RabbitMQ. and xUnit.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of ASP.NET Core development.
• Proven experience with Domain-Driven Design and multi-tenant application development.
• Expertise in Entity Framework Core advanced usage and optimization.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with real-time applications (SignalR or similar).
• Demonstrated ability in production system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IoT device management, geospatial data processing, high-volume data processing, DevOps/CI/CD, and payment gateway integration is a plus.
