Our team recently conducted a comprehensive system training session for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), a Thai state enterprise responsible for generating, procuring, distributing, and selling electricity to provinces throughout Thailand.

The session focused on ensuring business continuity through robust high availability systems.


🔍 What was the focus?

We explored the mechanics of switching from the Main Site to the Standby Site when issues arise. Key highlights included:

• Failover Mastery: Ensuring smooth transitions between Active and Standby sites.

• Streamlined Workflows: Identifying key owners (like Artifact for apps or Veritas for databases) to eliminate confusion during incidents.

• Self-Troubleshooting: Empowering the PEA team to perform initial checks on web access, map displays, and login issues.


👥 Collaborative Learning

The room buzzed with diverse expertise—Network Engineers, System Operators, and Project Managers. It was a great opportunity to align everyone for better system reliability and security.

Swapping Code for Colors! 🎨📚
The Artifact Technology team recently took a break from the screens to visit a wonderful local primary school. With fewer than 100 students, this small school has a big heart, but they were missing some essentials—specifically, a place for the kids to read.
We didn't just want to donate money; we wanted to build something! 🛠️
Our team spent the day assembling and painting custom-designed bookshelves so that every single classroom now has a reading nook. We also filled those shelves with brand-new bilingual, science, and history books to spark the kids' imaginations. 🚀
But we didn't stop there.
While we were there, we learned the roof over the preschool classrooms was in bad shape—a safety risk that government funding couldn't cover. Recognizing the urgency, Artifact Technology stepped in to provide financial support for the necessary repairs.
It was a happy day for the Artifact team. Thank you to the school for welcoming us—it was truly worth every moment to see the children so happy! ❤️

As a premier provider of trunk fiber optic networks and submarine cables in East Malaysia, CT Sabah requires a robust solution to manage their expanding infrastructure.

eSIM (Embedded SIM) technology is transforming mobile connectivity. With the iPhone 17, Apple reinforces its commitment to a fully digital era especially in countries where the physical SIM tray has been completely removed.
The eSIM in the iPhone 17 represents a major advance in mobile telecommunications. It moves away from physical SIM cards toward managing Subscription Management (SM) within an integrated Secure Element (SE) chip.
🌍 eSIM Architecture : The Future Trend
In key markets like the United States, the iPhone 17 follows its predecessors (iPhone 14–16) as an eSIM-Only model without a physical SIM tray. This trend reflects Apple's confidence in eSIM technology and marks a significant step toward a sustainable, plastic-free future.
⚙️ Technical Mechanism and Operations
eSIM is more than a SIM card replacement it fundamentally changes the Provisioning and Profile Management process through these key components:
