การอ่านรายงานประจำปีแบบ 56-1 ที่หนาหลักร้อยหน้าเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงก่อนอนุมัติสินเชื่อ เป็นงานที่นักวิเคราะห์การเงินต้องนั่งไล่อ่านทีละหน้าเป็นเวลาหลายชั่วโมงต่อหนึ่งฉบับ ล่าสุด SCBX ประกาศว่าสามารถย่นเวลาส่วนนี้ให้เหลือเพียงไม่กี่วินาที ด้วยระบบ AI ที่ทีมงานพัฒนาขึ้นเองภายในองค์กร
ระบบที่ว่านี้มีชื่อว่า CORA (Credit Optimization and Revolution with AI) ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับอ่าน วิเคราะห์ และตอบคำถามจากเอกสารภาษาไทยที่มีความซับซ้อน ซึ่ง SCBX กลุ่มบริษัทเทคโนโลยีทางการเงินของไทย เริ่มนำมาใช้กับรายงานประจำปีแบบ 56-1 หรือแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลประจำปีที่บริษัทจดทะเบียนต้องยื่นต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเอกสารสำคัญที่สุดของตลาดทุนไทย
จุดที่ทำให้ CORA น่าจับตาไม่ได้อยู่ที่ตัวฟีเจอร์เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่อยู่ที่แนวทางการพัฒนา เพราะเทคโนโลยีหลักของระบบได้รับการยื่นจดสิทธิบัตรโดยทีมวิจัยและพัฒนาของ SCBX ร่วมกับทีม SCB Operational Risk Analytics and Development ครอบคลุมนวัตกรรมสำคัญของระบบ สะท้อนแนวทางของกลุ่มที่ต้องการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีให้เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาขององค์กรเอง แทนการพึ่งพาเทคโนโลยีจากภายนอกเพียงอย่างเดียว
คุณกวีวุฒิ เต็มภูวภัทร Chief Innovation Officer บริษัท เอสซีบี เอกซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) และประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เอสซีบี เท็นเอกซ์ จำกัด (SCB 10X) ระบุว่าการเปิดตัว CORA สะท้อนวิสัยทัศน์ของ SCBX ที่ต้องการก้าวสู่การเป็นองค์กรที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI (AI-first organization) อย่างแท้จริง โดยกล่าวว่า "เราไม่ได้เพียงนำ AI มาใช้งาน แต่ลงทุนพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีด้วยตนเอง และยื่นจดสิทธิบัตรเพื่อสร้างขีดความสามารถด้าน AI ภายในองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน"
คุณกวีวุฒิ อธิบายเพิ่มเติมว่าแนวทางนี้ช่วยให้ SCBX ออกแบบระบบที่ตอบโจทย์บริบทของประเทศไทยได้ลึกขึ้น ทั้งด้านภาษา โครงสร้างข้อมูล และกฎระเบียบ พร้อมทั้งลดการพึ่งพาเทคโนโลยีจากภายนอก และสร้างความได้เปรียบเชิงการแข่งขันในระยะยาว
[CORA ทำอะไรได้บ้างในงานสินเชื่อภาคธุรกิจ]
แม้ปลายทางที่ผู้ใช้เห็นคือการถามและตอบจากเอกสาร แต่โจทย์จริงของ CORA คือการเข้าไปช่วยงานสินเชื่อภาคธุรกิจ (Corporate Lending) ซึ่งเป็นงานที่ต้องอาศัยการอ่านและตีความเอกสารจำนวนมากก่อนตัดสินใจปล่อยสินเชื่อ
คุณอรศิริ เสรีสันติวงศ์ Head of SCB Operational Risk Analytics and Development ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) อธิบายว่า CORA เป็นแพลตฟอร์ม AI ที่พัฒนาขึ้นภายในองค์กรสำหรับธุรกิจสินเชื่อภาคธุรกิจ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี Generative AI หรือ AI ที่สร้างเนื้อหาและคำตอบขึ้นใหม่ได้ เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการวิเคราะห์และพิจารณาสินเชื่อ ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน การจัดทำเอกสารสรุปการพิจารณาสินเชื่อ (Credit Memo) ไปจนถึงการคาดการณ์กระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Forecasting)
คุณอรศิริ ระบุว่า CORA ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการประเมินความเสี่ยง เพิ่มความแม่นยำในการตัดสินใจและประสิทธิภาพในการให้สินเชื่อ รวมทั้งลดความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ โดยดำเนินงานภายใต้หลักการ Responsible AI หรือการใช้ AI อย่างรับผิดชอบ ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับความถูกต้อง ความโปร่งใส และการกำกับดูแลที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานและมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีขึ้นแก่ลูกค้า

Instead of relying on isolated AI assistants, the team is building a collaborative ecosystem of multiple AI agents built on Microsoft Copilot. This system is designed to take over the heavy lifting of PMO tasks coordinating, tracking, and optimizing project management workflows autonomously.
