We’re looking for an F&B Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs for front- and back-of-house professionals across Thailand’s restaurant and hotel sector.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging F&B training programs (Barista, Basic Bartender, Kitchen & Service)
- Conduct training in Thai and English for multicultural participants
- Manage training logistics, schedules, venues, and materials
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align training with business goals
- Continuously improve training content based on operational needs and guest feedback
- Support trainee assessment and certification processes
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality Management / F&B preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in training, L&D, or hospitality operations
- Fluent in Thai & Strong English communication skills
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using training tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented
- A genuine passion for people development and service excellence
