Présélection & Qualification : Réaliser les premiers entretiens téléphoniques pour valider les compétences et la motivation des profils.

Suivi & Reporting : Établir des listes de candidats qualifiés (shortlists) et assurer le reporting quotidien au client.

Exigences de l'emploi
Profil recherché

Formation : Jeune diplômé(e) en Gestion, RH, Communication ou Commerce.

Aisance Digitale : Très bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux (particulièrement LinkedIn) et des outils de recherche.

Communication : Excellente aisance relationnelle au téléphone et capacités de rédaction irréprochables en français.

Tempérament : Persévérant, rigoureux et orienté résultats.

Conditions de travail

Horaires : 09h00 à 18h00 (alignés sur le fuseau horaire européen).

Rémunération : Salaire de base fixe entre 800 DT et 1000 DT
