Official Statement Regarding GMCoin BitMart Withdrawals
On July 26, BitMart announced its decision to cease operations. Immediately following the announcement, we attempted to initiate withdrawals of GMCoin, USDT, and several other digital assets held in our market-making, liquidity-provision, and treasury accounts.

However, every withdrawal attempt; through both the BitMart website and mobile applications was blocked with the following error:
“Withdraw Forbidden [-2301]”

At present, multiple accounts and treasury wallets belonging to us hold approximately ~266,108.68 GMCoin, together with various stablecoins and other tokens on the platform.

We have attempted to contact the BitMart team through our closed Telegram group, by email, through support tickets, and via the platform’s online support channels. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response.

Several GMCoin holders have also reported delayed withdrawals, restrictions, and unanswered support requests. Based on the reports we are receiving, the situation does not appear to be limited to GMCoin and may also affect other assets listed on the platform.

We are deeply saddened by the closure of communication channels, particularly after years of cooperation with BitMart. Nevertheless, we still believe that the BitMart team will reopen direct communication, provide transparent information, and fulfil its responsibilities regarding customer and project funds.

The crypto industry cannot afford another crisis of confidence or another situation in which users are left without access to their assets or meaningful communication.

We urgently call on the BitMart team to:
• Restore communication with affected users and project teams
• Clarify the reason for the withdrawal restrictions
• Provide a transparent withdrawal timetable
• Enable users to securely withdraw their assets

We remain hopeful that communication will be restored and all outstanding withdrawal issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

Official Update: GMCoin Relisted on IndoEx

We are pleased to confirm that the GMCoin/USDT trading pair has been relisted on IndoEx and that communication with the IndoEx team has been fully restored.

Following our initial awareness of the delisting announcement on 16 July, we immediately contacted the exchange through Telegram and email to obtain a clear understanding of the situation and address the conflicting information surrounding GMCoin.

After further communication and clarification between both teams, the matter has now been resolved and GMCoin is once again available on IndoEx.

We would like to thank the IndoEx team for restoring communication, reviewing the situation, and taking the necessary steps to relist GMCoin.

We also thank our community for its patience, support, and trust throughout this process. Transparency and responsible communication remain essential to the GMCoin ecosystem, and we will continue to keep our users informed whenever material developments arise.

On 16 July, we became aware—through a Telegram post—of the inclusion of the GMCoin/USDT pair in an IndoEx delisting announcement.

We immediately contacted the IndoEx team via Telegram and email to obtain a clear explanation and resolve what appeared to be misleading or inconsistent information. To protect our assets, we also initiated withdrawals of GMCoin, USDT, TRX, and other tokens held on the exchange.
