-MAS FABRIC CONTROL (INSPECTION)
In this modul it can be traced warehouse of Rolls by Purchising, Order, Color,Quality,Lot e.t.c. It can be traced Rolls until Cutting Section.
System can create RollNo with barcode for each Roll, acording to production
first type it can be matched RollNo and Supplier RollNo at the first created time and it can be sticked to Roll .
second type Roll is not matched and barcode is not sticked to Roll, at time of control , controller can make matching Roll and Supplier Roll. This type is used in %100 control. Also in this module test informations (Gram test,washing test etc) for each Roll can be easly added.
It is also easy to add any defected part (Fault Part) by type of Fault (hole,stain e.t.c) at any lenght. It is very important information for Cutting Section to know Faults of Each Roll by lenght for spreading.
It is easy to trace each operator’s fabric control between dates by reports, by e-mails etc.
