We owe our project performances that we have developed so far to information sharing on true path and to assistance within the team.

We have taken the road ” to convert our knowledge to benefits”. Disual Management Team consists of people who have blended academic education with today’s realities and combined theory with practical.
2.1.1.1 Moti Fins
Moti Fins graduated from Physics Engineering department in Istanbul Technical University in 2002 and improved himself with computer based and computer programming courses in informatics. After that he gave technical equipment and software support for laptops, PDAs to France, Belgium and Canada in French Support Department of Toshiba Global Call Center for Siemens Business Services company and then he became the leader of the technical team. At this same 3 and a half yeared period, he expanded his expertise area by giving support of VoIP for Telekom. Moti Fins who has Microsoft A+ and TCE (Toshiba Certified Engineer)certificates, is interested in Windows Applications, Operating Systems and Network Systems. Beginning as a hobby, within time, he has added his ever-developing knowledge and experiences to his computer love and by
making freelance sites for many companies, he started his passion to job. Being a member for different civil society organizations, Moti Fins skin dives and keeps the track of underwater life and takes photos in his spare times.
2.1.1.2 Dr. Selim Yannier
Graduating from Galatasaray High School in 1997, Selim Yannier completes his undergraduate in Middle East Technical University in Physics department. Beginning to Mechatronics Engineering in Sabancı University in Spring 2001, he finishes this post-graduate program with thesis in 2002 and completes the works of Mechatronics Engineering doctorate in 2008. Between 1993-1997, he worked part-time for TAM Computer Services as technical support and software developing expert; between 1998-2000, part-time software consultant in the international company Scala Business Solutions and with these he had significantly work experience in young age. In his academic years at Sabancı University, he had many essays published both in Turkish and English. His academic subjects of interest are control of movement, mobile robots and control for nanotechnology. Dr. Yannier is a member of Middle East Technical University Underwater Club and also the founder member of Sabancı University Underwater Sports Club.
